Graffiti Sucks in Rosarito Beach
I hate all the Graffiti in Rosarito. This "art" is not art. It's gross and disgusting. I think those that commit this crime against the community of Rosarito should be givin HARSH punishment.
I am thinking the community give them a scarlet letter, parade them down the street in shame and make them work every weekend for 1 year to paint over their crimes.
The community needs to get tough on these criminals.
Solutions are needed now!
This U.S.A import is NOT good for Baja.
Bring in Starbucks? Okay! But not Graffiti!
