Sick of Beach Trash on Rosarito Beach - Baja Mexico
Okay, so I am walking on the beach in Rosarito and I am disgusted by the amount of trash on the beach....plastic bottles, cans, things that I cannot figure out what they are ......... it is just gross.
I am sad, angered, and pissed
Can someone shed light on why Rosarito Beach is so gross?

It is most unfortunate that the Mexican people feel that they can leave their garbage on the beach instead of taking it home with them. It is also the fault of the city as they as well seem to not give a shit what the beaches look like. I agree it is disgusting and that is why this has been created to shed light on the subject and as well get more involved to do something about it....stay tuned..
Baja Rains flush Out The Garbage
Today, all freekin day, I have had this image in my head. Let me tell you what this image is of. It does as well lend to the question brought up by Mr. Frisbee. So yesterday, Nov 30, it finally rained in Ensenada Mexico. It seemed to piss all day long, not a solid rain, just a steady pee all day long. In Ensenada there is a main river that runs thru town, from the mountains to the harbor. Normally dry as a bone as this was the beginning route for the Baja 1000 race trucks. So just two weeks ago, when 10's of thousands of people lined the banks of the river for the start of the 40th annual Baja 1000, well, the garbage all those people left behind, as well as the months of garbage that the locals just seem to toss over the banks, in the streets, and in the fields, well now, has been washed into this raging torrent flowing thru town. From bank to bank the water is flowing, and every foot of water flowing into the ocean, is carrying some form of nasty garbage. It was the grossest thing, knowing instantly that all the garbage, and I am not kidding, tons of it, is flowing into the sea. In fact the river comes out right by where the cruise ships were docked, So both of the ships that were in port, all those tourist, got to see all the garbage floating in the harbor. The long term effect, it will end up washed upon our beaches and shorelines, the birds will digest it thinking it food, the list goes on. It is freekin disgusting, and damnit we have got to ALL get together and help solve this problem. I am only one person, but with an army of dedicated people, WE can get something done. Make your voices heard, say something and be loud about it. Right here is your chance...So what you have to say and we will post it.
